1. Do you do a background check? YES! A thorough background check will be done for all individuals living in our communities.
2. Are pets allowed? YES! Of course, some conditions apply and there is a $150.00 non-refundable pet deposit, per pet. Upstairs units are restricted to 50 lb. weight and 2 max pets.
3. Is there a security deposit required? Yes, a one-month deposit is required.
4. How long does it take to process my application? 5-7 business days but depending on the application volume, it could take additional time for us to select the final tenant.
5. Is there an application fee? No! Please complete the Tenant application for each person living in the household and submit it to us for review. (see below)
6. Why are there two lease options? Due to your goals and life plans, we want to offer the best option.
